CHINESE SPINACH SALAD image

Yield 4-6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 (12 oz) pkg. fresh spinach, cleaned & drained
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 eggs, hard boiled & chopped (optional)
1 can bean sprouts, drained or 1/4 pound of fresh, rinsed
Dressing
1 cup salad oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestshire sauce
1 sm. red onion, sliced or chopped

Steps:

  • Mix salad indredients together. Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour salad dressing over salad. Serve.
