Steps:
- 1. Brown the Ramen noodles (broken up), sesame seeds and almonds in the butter. When done pour onto a cookie sheet covered with paper towels and let cool.
- 2. Cut up lettuce and onions into a big bowl.
- 3. Mix up the dressing ingredients and refrigerate. I use a Tupperware shaker container for the dressing. Just before serving, pour dressing over lettuce and onions. Then top with the noodle mixture.
