Chilled Aspargus Soup image

I like to serve this as a companion to a big roast beef sandwich on a Kaiser roll.

1 can(s) cream of aspargus soup
1 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) crushed ice
- hot pepper sauce to taste
- chopped chives

Steps:

  • Combine soup, sour cream, milk, ice and hot pepper sauce in blender.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with chives just before serving.
