Chili Pasta Bake image

A favorite of my family even those who were a little afraid of eating it.

Number Of Ingredients 9

10 oz penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp chili powder1
1 can(s) 14 1/2 ounce del monte diced tomato, undrained
1 can(s) 8 oz del monte tomato sauce
1 c salsa
1 can(s) diced green chilies drained
2 c shredded mexican cheese

Steps:

  • 1. 1. Cook Pasta according to package directions, drained
  • 2. 2. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet; drain. Add Chili powder
  • 3. 3. Toss pasta and sauce. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 Degree oven for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
