Steps:
- Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl and stir to mix well. Add Shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and marinate Shrimp in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Prepare with seafood rack. Thread 2 Shrimp on each bamboo skewer. Grill Shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. No more. Serve over steamed or Saffron Scented Rice.
