CHILI CON CARNE image

With fall/autumn and winter that will soon be here im sure we could use a good dish as this.VERY DELICIOUS....

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 large onion ( yellow)
1 large green bell pepper
1 lb stew beef
3/4 c hunts tomatoe sauce
2 c cooked or canned hunts whole or chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
4 c cooked pinto beans
1/2 c green onions

Steps:

  • 1. Chop onion and green pepper.
  • 2. Put stew beef into heated fry pan ,brown the stew beef till well done Add onion and green bell pepper. cook until tender.
  • 3. Drain off fat.remove from frying pan and add to a stock pot.Mix in rest of the ingredients.
  • 4. Boil gently about 1 hour until thickened. When done u may put in bowl top with a few green onions. DONE ENJOY!
