Chili-Bean Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 (1-pound) cans refried beans
2 cups provolone cheese shredded
1 cup butter or margarine
4 jalapeño peppers drained, rinsed, seeded and finely chopped or
2 tablespoons onions minced
1 clove garlic finely minced
1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper juice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients heat in double boiler over hot water until cheese is melted. Serve hot from chafing dish over water. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or crisp crackers.
