CHILE EGG PUFF image

Number Of Ingredients 10

5 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 Cup grated Jack cheese
1 7 oz can diced green chilies
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell (deep dish pie shell)
Salsa and sour cream for garnish

Steps:

  • Beat eggs in medium bowl with a wire wisk. Add baking powder, flour, salt and olive oil beat well. Blend in the cheeses, add the chilies. mix well and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45-55 min or until brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
