CHEESY HAM AND TOT CASSEROLE
I came up with this recipe one night after I had made a huge ham and needed to find a way to use up the leftovers. I had everything in my pantry and it was a big hit. Now it always goes on the menu the week following a big ham dinner.

Steps:
- Place cubed ham in bottom of 11x14 in pan. Mix cheese sauce and mushroom soup and pour over ham.
- Season to taste with salt and adobo seasoning. Cover with tots.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before eating.
- NOTE: You can add a can of green beans over ham if you want a one dish meal.
