Steps:
- Put a large skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and crushed garlic to saute for 2 minutes. Then, add the greens. Turn the greens, wilting them in the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Next, add the vegetable broth to the pan and bring it to a boil. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to a simmer for approx. 7-8 minutes.
- Uncover the pan and stir in chickpeas. Combine them well with the wilted greens. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste and serve!
