BUTTER CRAB DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 4

Butter 1/4 stick
Tumeric 1/2 a teaspoon
Onion, med. sliced in half, then thinly sliced
Crab, 12oz. in small pieces

Steps:

  • In a stainless steel lined fry pan, melt the butter and a add the onion, after about 2 min. add the crab and the Tumeric. After 2 more minutes remove from heat and serve with crackers or Fresh unbuttered toast points.
