Steps:
- 1. heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken chunks and cook until lightly brown on all sides. 2.Add green chilies, garlic, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, oregano. Continue to cook and stir for 3 minutes 3.Mix in chicken broth, white beans and corn. Simmer for 15 minutes 4.Place chili in individual bowls , sprinkle top of bowls with Mexican cheese 5. Serve with sour cream and brown rice if desired
