Steps:
- 1. Stir oregano, slat, garlic, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub evenly over chicken. 2. Coat inside of crock-pot with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken with lemon slices between pieces. Pour wine over chicken; spinkle with oil. Add prunes, olives, raisins and capers. Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours. Serve over rice/couscous, if desired. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
