Steps:
- 1. Combine first four ingredients and pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Salt and pepper chicken pieces and lay on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle onion gravy mix over chicken and rice.
- 2. Cover casserole, airtight, with heavy foil.
- 3. Bake 1 1/2 hours without opening the foil, at 350 degrees. Can be frozen after baking.
