Chicken stuffing casserole image

Another day when I used just what I had in the house for dinner..

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 c pepridge farms cornbread stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn drained
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1/3 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c shredded cheese (colby blend)

Steps:

  • 1. bake chicken per package directions on baking
  • 2. shred chicken after baked & cooled
  • 3. preheat oven to 350'
  • 4. in a bowl mix soup,milk,chicken,salt & pepper, & drained corn together
  • 5. mix in cornbread stuffing coating lightly
  • 6. pour into baking dish
  • 7. mix your brown gray with a cup of cold water without cooking it
  • 8. pour 1/2 cup over your casserole
  • 9. place casserole in oven for 30minutes
  • 10. heat the rest of the gravy thats left
  • 11. take casserole out of oven pour gravy over top
  • 12. top with shredded cheese & put back in the oven for 5 minutes
  • 13. when done let cool before eating.Enjoy!
