Chicken-Parmesan Bake image

The secret to our baked Parmesan chicken's thick layer of melted cheese? A second round of baking. Trust us, it makes all the difference!

1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
1 pkg. (11.25 oz.) frozen garlic Texas toast
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Pour sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish; stir in half the Parmesan. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Meanwhile prepare garlic toast as directed on package.
  • Top chicken with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan; bake 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Serve with garlic toast.
