CHICKEN ON A BUN image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 C. diced red onion
1/2 C. diced apple
2/3 C. grapes, halved
1/3 C dried cranberries
1/4 C. sliced almonds
1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and Pepper

Steps:

  • You can purchase a chicken from the grocery store and cut up for the salad. Add diced red onion, diced apple, dried cranberries and sliced almonds. Cut grapes in half and add to the other ingredients. Mix with 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt. Stir in the lemon juice and garlic powder. Cut rye, wheat, and white buns and add apple chicken mixture. Serve with lettuce and mayo.
