Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425. Arrange tortilla chips on large round stone. 2. In a small bowl, mix chicken, cheese & 1 tablespoon jerk rub. Sprinkle chicken mixture over chips. Bake 5-7 minutes. 3. Add lime juice of 1/2 lime with remaining jerk rub and bell pepper. Mix well. 4. Spoon bell pepper mixture over nachos; sprinkle evenly with cilantro. If desired, combine sour cream and additional jerk rub. Pipe sour cream mixture over nachos. Garnish with lime slices
