Steps:
- Combine chicken in bowl with green chile and half of ginger-garlic paste. Season with salt and and form into small balls
- Heat the oil in skillet and add onions x 8-10 min or until very soft. Stir in remaining ginger - garlic and spices. Cook x 5 min adding water as necessary to prevent burning
- Added the tomatoes and sugar. Pour in 7 ounces of water, season with salt and bring to boil. Slip in the meatballs and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through the sauce is thicker.
- Serve hot with cilantro and ginger
