Steps:
- 1.Saute the mushrooms,onions and garlic in the 2 TBSP of coconut oil until tender
- 2.Combine salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken tenders.
- 3.In large saute pan, melt ΒΌ cup of coconut oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken tenders for about 8 minutes or until done.
- 5.Pour the cream into the skillet.
- 6.Lower heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 7.Serve chicken and sauce over quinoa or pasta
