Chicken Lazone with Mushrooms image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 pounds Chicken Tenderloin
8 ounce White Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1.5 teaspoon Chili powder
1.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
.25 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
.25 cups Coconut Oil
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 pinches Salt & Pepper

Steps:

  • 1.Saute the mushrooms,onions and garlic in the 2 TBSP of coconut oil until tender
  • 2.Combine salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken tenders.
  • 3.In large saute pan, melt ΒΌ cup of coconut oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken tenders for about 8 minutes or until done.
  • 5.Pour the cream into the skillet.
  • 6.Lower heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 7.Serve chicken and sauce over quinoa or pasta
