Number Of Ingredients 6

4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (cherry or grape, cut in half)
1 bay leaf
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp chicken stock
3 tsp balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Flatten chicken, dip in flour to coat and sauté over high heat until lightly brown on each side. 2. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, garlic and cook until heated. 3. Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Add vinegar and remove bay leaf.
