Steps:
- Cook the pasta - while cooking Mix Oil, Vinegar, Add shredded chicken, pickled onion diced, tomato, and feta. Rise pasta and add to mixture, salt and pepper to taste from here - feel free to add other herbs to your liking - When I am ready to grab a serving I mix this salad with some fresh spinach - If your salad dried out after being in the fridge ad a little more olive oil to the mix before serving.
