Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, nuts, celery, salt, mayo. Stir until well blended. Add a little curry powder (curry goes a long way. Spread one side of each piece of bread lightly with butter. Top the buttered side of 8 slices of bread with some chicken mixture and tope the remiaing bread slices buttered side down. Carefully cut the crusts from each sandwich. Cut in half diagonally and then in half again. Yields 8 sandwiches;16 halves; 32 quarters.
