Honey Mustard Dressing:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
pinch salt
pinch cayenne
Batter:
1 egg
1/8 cup milk
1/3 cup chicken broth
3.75 ml salt
1.88 ml black ground pepper
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 cup corn starch
Peanut oil
8 chicken tenderloin strips
flour for coating chicken

Steps:

  • Combine beaten egg, milk, chicken broth, salt, pepper in small bowl. Whisk in flour, baking soda, and corn starch until smooth, let batter rest. Coat chicken after patting dry with flour and dip into batter. Place battered chicken into hot peanut oil until browned for 6-8 minutes. Drain in paper towels, serve with honey mustard
