Chicken Cheese Whiz image

This is a quick and easy recipe. My family loves this cheesy chicken comfort dish. Enjoy!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 c water, cold
1 c rice
1 lb can diced tomatoes
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lb cubed velveeta or small jar of cheese whiz
1 1/2 c cooked cubed chicken
parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. oven 375. Butter 9x13" pan. Mix the above ingredients together and add to pan. Bake for 50-60 min. Let stand 5-10 min. and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serivng.
