This is a favorite at our school luncheons and was a great way to convince my son that he likes vegetables. It isn't a healthy dinner but good and hot way to fill our bellies while working on the farm in our cold winter months. (we just moved onto a farm in Upstate New York from Kansas)

Steps:
- 1. Saute onion in butter in large pot
- 2. Add carrot, celery, green onions, and water. cook till tender.
- 3. Mix together flour and milk then add to large pot.
- 4. Add chicken broth, cheese whiz, chicken, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper. Heat till hot but DO NOT BOIL. Enjoy
