This cheese ball recipe made the whole Kitchen Crew very happy! It's definitely not a traditional cheese ball. We loved the shredded chicken and ranch flavor in each bite. We recommend adding the feta cheese. It really adds that extra cheesy flavor. Can't wait to make this again!

Steps:
- 1. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. Mix all the ingredients together, except the almonds, in a large bowl. Lightly toast the almonds in a skillet or oven.
- 2. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in cooled toasted sliced almonds. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until needed, or just put on a pretty platter surrounded by her adoring crackers.
