1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ( 8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can(s) ( 21 ounces) cherry pie filling
2 can(s) ( 11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained ..pineapple tidbits, drained.. marachino cherries, drained..i don't use the marachino cherries, mainly because we don't care for them. and it's fine without them

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and whipped topping. Stir in pie filling. Set aside 1/4 cup oranges for garnish. Fold remaining oranges, pineapple and cherries into cream cheese mixture. Transfer into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before cutting.
