2-1/2 cups penne rigate pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers)
3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 5 min.; drain. Return pasta mixture to saucepan.
  • Add chicken, VELVEETA and seasoning; stir. Cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in tomatoes and Parmesan.
