Chicken and Shrimp Marinade image

Great on shrimp and chicken!

Categories     Marinades

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 clove garlic,crushed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1/2 lemon
dash of cayenne or ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk. Pour over chicken or shrimp. Refrigerate overnight. Grill over hot coals or broil in oven.
