Chicken And Mushroom Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 quart low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 cup sliced mushrooms, stems removed
1 tablespoon finely chopped scallion
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed

Steps:

  • 1. Simmer all ingredients except the chicken in a stockpot for 10 minutes.2. Add the chicken cubes and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes more.
