Steps:
- 1. cut chicken into 1 inch chunks
- 2. shake bag with spice/flour mix
- 3. melt butter in skillet and brown chicken. Add mushrooms, amaretto, grated rind and lemon juice
- 4. simmer 5 min., mix cornstarch with chicen broth. stir into mixture in skillet.
- 5. stir over low heat until mixture thickens
