CHICKEN-ALMOND CASSEROLE image

4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
2 cups finely chopped celery 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 (103/4-ounce) cans cream of
chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
l/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup round buttery cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Combine first 11 ingredients. Spoon into a 13x9x 2-inch lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes.
