CHESAPEAKE BAY CREAM OF CRAB SOUP image

1/4C finely chopped onions
2T flour
2C chicken broth
2C half & half
1T dry sherry
dash of salt
1-2lbs crab meat

Steps:

  • Saute onions over low heat. Add flour and cook 4-5 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, half & half, dry sherry and dash of pepper. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Add crab meat heating thoroughly.
