Super easy, & super light desert that's perfect for the summertime. You may use sugar free pie filling & "lite" cool whip, as your diet permits.

1 8 oz pkg cool whip
1 1/2 c marshmallows, mini
1 20 oz can(s) cherry pie filling
1 8 oz can(s) crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cherry pie filling, pineapple, & marshmallows. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
