Cherry Cream Cheese Pie image

This is a traditional holiday dessert that's real quick and easy. Our family had several kids that didn't care for the cherry topping so they scraped off the cherries. We told them the cherries were chicken eyeballs to try to keep them from eating all the pie and leaving the cherries in the pan. It didn't help, but the kids...

1 already prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c lemon juice
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 can(s) cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • 2. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust.
  • 3. Chill for at least an hour.
  • 4. Spoon cherry pie filling over top before serving. Other pie fillings can be substituted for cherry.
