Add 3/4 cup whole-wheat couscous, 1/2 cup dried cherries and 1 cinnamon stick; cover and cook 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, 8 minutes. Fluff with a fork, remove the cinnamon stick and divide among bowls. Top with toasted sliced almonds and honey, if desired.
