Cherry Cheese Pie image

Graham cracker crust:
1 1/4 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Cherry Cheese Mix:
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Original or Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Granham Craker Crust: Combine ingredients, mix well. Press firmly on bottom and up sides to rim of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Cherry Cheese Mix: In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust.
  • Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with cherry pie filling, chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
