Cherry Almond Crunch Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 cup sliced almond, divided
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons margarine or butter

Steps:

  • 1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.2. In medium bowl stir together pie filling and 1/2 cup of almonds. Spread in crust.3. In small bowl combine flour and sugar. Use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut in margarine or butter until crumbly. Stir in remaining almonds. Sprinkle over filling.4. Bake on baking sheet at 375°F about 30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is light brown. Serve warm or cool.
