Cheez-It Chicken image

If don't like mayonnaise, try bbq sauce or honeymustard. They both keep the chicken moist like mayo does.

2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
mayonnaise
cheez-its

Steps:

  • 1. Coat the chickens with a layer of mayonnaise.
  • 2. Crumble up some cheez-its and roll the chickens so that they stick all over.
  • 3. Lay the breasts in a lightly greased pan and bake on 350 degrees until cooked.
