Cheesy Veggie Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
2-1/2 cups cubed potatoes
16 oz frozen mixed veggies
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • In soup pot, bring water, bouillon cubes, onion, & celery to a simmer and cook for 20 min.
  • Add potatoes & frozen veggies. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 20 min.
  • Stir in cream of chicken soup and Velveeta Cheese. Stir constantly until cheese is melted. Ready to serve!
