Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes image

Our family loves potatoes (in any form), but you mix them with cheese? Lookout!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 c sour cream
1 can(s) (10 3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
2 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2 lb red potatoes, thinly sliced (about 8)
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chives, freshly snipped

Steps:

  • 1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  • 2. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  • 3. BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender. SPRINKLE with chives.
