0.5 units pita bread
0.25 tablespoons olive oil
0.75 ounces vegetarian cheese
0.5 teaspoons garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush pita with oil and cut into eighths. Dice or shred cheese.
  • Arrange the pita chips on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 5-6 minutes, until lightly browned.
  • Top with vegetarian cheese and garlic powder. Return to oven and bake for 2-3 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
