4 chicken cutlets
2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 ounces cream cheese
1 cup Baby Spinach
1/2 cup cheese

Steps:

  • Oven at 350.
  • Spray 8x8 baking dish.
  • Put chicken in dish.
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp oil over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with garlic & Italian seasoning.
  • Heat spinach in 1 tbsp oil in small skillet until wilted.
  • Place spinach evenly over chicken.
  • Sprinkle Mozzarella over top.
  • Bake 35 - 40 minutes.
