Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 pound Chicken (boneless & skinless)
3 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 tablespoon Ranch Dressing (dry powder mix)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Celery Salt
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Water (to mix with corn starch)
16 ounces Linguine Noodles
2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped) [for garnish]

Steps:

  • 1. Boil Chicken in broth and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, and seasonings).
  • 2. Cook pasta, drain and rinse.
  • 3. Bring broth to a boil, add cream cheese, and cheddar cheese (reduce to med heat). Stir till melted.
  • 4. Dice chicken and coat with rest of buffalo sauce.
  • 5. Mix corn starch and water, add to broth and cheese mix.
  • 6. Adde pasta and chicken. Cook on medium heat till thickened.
