1-1/4 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
12 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
30 round buttery crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Whisk first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
  • Add potatoes, cheese and bacon; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until heated through.
