Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. If necessary, drain the excess grease from the skillet.
  • Spread the beef mixture in the bottom of the pie plate. Sprinkle the beef and onions with the cheese.
  • In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture evenly over the beef.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden brown or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
