- 1. BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain, reserving meat in skillet. Reduce heat to low. 2. ADD remaining ingredients; cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring occasionally. 3. TRANSFER mixture to crock pot 4. SERVE hot with french fries, crackers or bread chunks. To Double: For a quick-and-easy snack, prepare as directed doubling all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate any leftover dip. To reheat, place dip in microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH until heated through, stirring every 30 seconds. Makes 44 servings, 2 Tbsp each. Special Extra: For a festive touch, serve dip in a bread bowl. Simply cut lengthwise slice from top of 1-lb. round bread loaf. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Tear removed bread into bite-sized pieces to serve with dip or reserve for another use. Fill bread shell with hot dip just before serving.
