24 vanilla wafers
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
canned pie filling, any flavor

Steps:

  • Place one vanilla wafer, flat side down, in each of 24 foil cupcake cups. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over the vanilla wafers. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with canned pie filling-blueberry, cherry, pineapple etc.
