Cheese Souffle image

Great brunch recipe. This came from my grandmother's neighbor. I was skeptical (i think the cottage cheese freaked me out), but sold once I made it for a crowd and it dissapeared!

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 large eggs
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
16 oz muenster cheese, cubed
1 cottage cheese, 16 oz
2/3 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375
  • 2. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sugar.
  • 3. Add in the cheese and melted butter.
  • 4. Whisk in the flour and baking powder,
  • 5. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
